Prepare journal entries and period reporting, as well as, weekly reporting. Prepare Agristat information for grow-out operations, weekly as well on a period basis. Will upload department data into Agristat database. Essential Job Functions: Reconcile Weekly Feed, Fuel and Utility Usage for Growout ranches Responsible for Weekly Performance Growout Reporting Reconcile Weekly Gasboy Fuel transactions for Collier Fuel Island Review and Validate Receipt of Weekly Ranch Packets from Ranch Supervisors Prepare Weekly Livehaul estimate and complete Monthly Livehaul report Prepare Weekly and Monthly Agri Stats reporting Reconcile Monthly Growout Feed/Chick Inventories Responsible for Growout and Livehaul Period Close – JE, AAW and reporting Assist with annual budgets upon request from Supervisor Complete Ad hoc requests Miscellaneous office duties (Scanning, Filing, etc.) Additional Functions: Settlement of Construction Maintenance orders in SAP Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent, college coursework preferred. Three or more years of accounting experience. Strong Computer Skills – SAP, Mtech, Cognos, BW, Excel, Windows, Word, Outlook, & Access. Ability to work within strict time frames in order to meet deadlines, work independently and be able to work with all levels of management. Must have a high degree of organization and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated, resourceful and a quick learner.
