• Cost Clerk (Sales Support) /Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm @Tai Seng
• Assess customer inquiries, specifications, RFQs to understand project/product requirements.
• Calculate costs by analyzing labor, materials, time, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare detailed and accurate price quotes, proposals, or bids in a timely manner.
• Work with other departments to ensure quote accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing trends, market conditions, and material costs.
• Liaise with customers to clarify requirements/negotiate terms and use ERP systems to generate quotes.
• Ensure quotes comply with policies, and follow up quotes to support sales teams in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, revisions, and customer interactions.
• Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance with experience in quoting/estimating/pricing analysis
• Good analytical skills for cost calculations & pricing strategies. Proficient in MS Excel & ERP system.
