Our client, a leading consultancy based in Central London, is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Consultant to join their growing Cost Management team. COST CONSULTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in MEP cost management, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Someone who has begun their APC or MRICS qualified
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical components
• Familiar with key contract forms including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC
• Proficient in tools such as CostX, BCIS, and other digital estimating platforms
• Experience with carbon cost planning and sustainability-driven projects (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team knowledge and mentoring
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and professional growth
