Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Cost Control Analyst II to support financial oversight across multiple projects. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining project labor and expense plans, forecasting costs using accounting and project management systems, and ensuring accurate billing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams to uphold cost control policies and drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project labor and expense plans. Perform cost forecasting using accounting and project management tools. Process project and client billings with accuracy and timeliness. Conduct comprehensive financial reviews of assigned projects. Collaborate regularly with the cost control team, Project Directors/Managers, and field staff to reinforce financial procedures and ensure alignment with internal policies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in cost control or financial analysis. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of general accounting principles and standards. In-depth knowledge of design and/or construction accounting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Demonstrated expertise in labor and cost planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. Comprehensive understanding of cost control policies, internal processes, and a risk-based approach to financial oversight. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
