Pilatus is hiring a Cost Control and Incentives Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial and incentive management for expansion construction projects. A successful person in this position will ensure accurate budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and effective management of tax implications and legal agreements related to the projects. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or a similar role, preferably within construction or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and budget management practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, SAP) and Excel, including advanced financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze legal agreements related to contracts and incentives
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Understanding of state and federal incentive programs related to construction projects is highly desirable

OTHER DUTIES:

• Audits project invoices, including verifying compliance with contracts and approved budgets
• Assists the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes related to the projects
• Contributes to the development and implementation of improved financial processes and controls
• Supports ad hoc analysis and projects as required by the Controller or senior management
