Job Description Assists the Cost Control Manager in monitoring and controlling all procedures that affect receipt issuance, general controls, hotel sales, and other miscellaneous services. Supports in monitoring and recording all account meals, food, and beverage costs, maintaining accuracy of the POS system, and helps verify and tabulate inventories. Helps oversee inventory management, stocktaking, processing, and verifying invoices for payment. Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Accounting and Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset. A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in finance and cost control is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a keen sense of detail.
