Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts. Analyze project performance (CPI, SPI, earned value analysis) and provide recommendations. Review and approve subcontractors’ and suppliers’ invoices and variations. Support management in identifying risks, deviations, and potential cost savings. Coordinate with planning, procurement, and commercial departments to ensure cost alignment. Participate in budget preparation, tender evaluation, and project closing reports. Provide monthly cost reports and presentations to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control in construction/infrastructure projects. Proficient in cost management software and ERP systems (e.g., Xpedeon, SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management. PMP, CCP, or RICS certification is an advantage.
