  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in cost control management within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Overseeing and managing the financial aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and meet financial objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial management and cost control software.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project costs and identify potential financial risks.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation techniques, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in cost control methodologies, budgeting, pricing, and estimation concepts.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures, analyzing cost variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and financial summaries for presentation to senior management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and manage project cost control systems to provide accurate financial information.
  • Monitor project expenditures, analyze cost variances, and prepare regular cost reports.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs, ensuring compliance with budgets and schedules.
  • Prepare cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and analyze material purchase orders compared to budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers and financial departments to obtain accurate cost data and support decision-making processes.
  • Identify and analyze deviations from the project budget, conduct risk analysis, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Participate in preparing project close-out reports and lessons learned documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
