• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP cost control for residential high-rise tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQs, cost estimation, budgeting, and variation management.
• Experience in reviewing subcontractor claims, invoices, and payment applications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant cost control tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
