What you will be doing Understand project work scope, needs and deliverables Align project work scope with company structures and control accounts Prepare performance reports Maintain and keep up to date the Project Execution Plan for forecasting, tracking, and reporting project cost as well as estimating cost control Work with the commercial team on creating project control procedures and manage development of direct reports for monthly revenue updates and reforecasting. Develop and maintain status reports to keep management informed of project progress. Monthly forecast updates. Subcontractor Forecast backups updates. Interface with project team and scheduler to update of detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, schedules and client relations. Maintain a comprehensive and current risk register and conduct risk reviews. Meet periodic reporting deadlines Prepare the necessary tools for project cost control in order to provide clear information to the project management Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis Work with the commercial teams on compiling records for change to the initial contract scope. Work with the commercial teams on change orders to client based on project scope changes.
