Responsibilities

As a Cost Control Part-timer at The Grand, you will support the Cost Controller in a variety of financial and operational tasks. From checking incoming purchases and managing procurement records, to participating in meetings with department managers, no two days are the same.

You will also assist in:

  • Preparing invoice data for processing
  • Contributing to monthly financial reporting
  • Maintaining supplier contracts and searching for new vendor partnershipsPurchasing and distributing goods for all hotel departments
