Overview of the role: Drive plant finance control agenda through accurate, timely reporting, SKU profitability insights, and cost optimization analysis. Ensure strong governance by maintaining policies, controls, and acting as financial steward while leading and engaging a remote team. Deliver error-free financial reporting to Head Office, including detailed balance sheet reviews. Strengthen internal controls, support risk assessments, and ensure effective execution and ownership of key processes. Act as key liaison and SME for accounting, costing (COGS/MOH), SAP CO, and cross-functional coordination with operations and supply chain teams. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting and analysis for Indonesia entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong variance insights for leadership. Own key reporting processes including monthly close, cost accounting, balance sheet reviews, cash flow, and regulatory/statutory requirements. Strengthen governance and controls by driving compliance, risk management, audits, and timely remediation of control gaps. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Treasury, Tax) to support costing, CAPEX, working capital, and business decision-making. Lead, develop, and engage the finance team while driving process improvements, best practices, and supporting strategic planning and performance delivery. Qualifications About you: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with CA/CPA qualification; statutory accounting experience preferred. 5+ years post-qualification experience, including managing teams (5+ members) in MNC/FMCG environments. Strong analytical, commercial, and operational mindset with expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls. Good knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, local standards, and systems like SAP/HFM. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills with a focus on process improvement and collaboration.
