Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description To supervise and control all cost-related activities, ensuring effective cost management, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies in order to maximize profitability and operational efficiency Supervise daily cost control operations and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and investigate variances. Review purchase invoices and verify them against contracts and agreed pricing. Supervise periodic and surprise inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy. Prepare and submit detailed reports on costs, variances, waste, and profitability to management. Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal cost control policies and procedures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actions to reduce waste and improve margins. Train, guide, and supervise cost control staff (if applicable). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cost Control (preferably in Hospitality, Restaurants, or Manufacturing). Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting systems.
