As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making across all departments. Monitor and analyze all operational costs, including food, beverage, and other expenses, to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts Implement and maintain robust cost control systems and procedures to optimize financial performance Conduct regular inventory checks and variance analyses to ensure stock integrity and identify discrepancies Prepare detailed cost reports and financial analyses for management review and decision-making Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and operational teams to drive cost efficiency initiatives Review and analyze purchase prices, supplier contracts, and consumption trends to identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with company financial policies, audit requirements, and internal control procedures Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to cost accounting and inventory management Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost management strategies and operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar finance role, preferably within the hospitality industry Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting processes Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial management systems Excellent organizational skills with a hands-on, disciplined, and structured working approach Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both finance and operational teams Knowledge of inventory management systems and control procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus Job-Category: Finance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
