EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

EXPERIENCE

• 5–8 years of experience in MEP cost control in contracting companies within the UAE.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their cost components.
• Proficiency in cost control tools and techniques (earned value, variance analysis).
• Strong command of Excel and cost management software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, ERP systems).
• Familiarity with contract terms, BOQs, project budgets, and payment cycles.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Team coordination and multitasking ability.
