JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or any related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ related experience
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of financial management for our projects, ensuring effective cost control and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Develop and implement robust financial control systems to monitor project expenses, forecast costs, and identify potential risks.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project costs, variances, and profitability, providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors, including the preparation of audit schedules and financial statements.
  • Review and negotiate claims and change orders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and minimizing financial impact.Work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to resolve financial issues and optimize project profitability.
