Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain OPEX and CAPEX budgets and forecast for vessels Ensure all costs are captured and recorded correctly Perform cost analysis and advise management on cost over-runs in a timely manner so corrective actions can be taken Revise cost estimates at the end of every reporting period Ownership and contribution to the development of the cost control function, routines and procedures within the financial and operational functions Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc financial reports Other relevant duties/task as assigned by Vessel Managers, Finance Manager, Operations Manager or General Manager Key Qualifications and Experience: University degree in Business administration or Finance 3-5 years’ experience in a related position, preferably in the energy and offshore marine environment industry Experience in financial analysis and reporting Excellent skills in Excel Process oriented focus with attention to detail Team oriented and flexible Ability to work under pressure and extended hours to meet deadlines when required Successful candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
