Job Description Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller / Entity Controller to support one of our construction projects in the North London area. The role requires 100% presence on site which is in the North London area and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance. Key Responsibilities Project / Site and Entity Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting whilst managing and interacting regularly with multiple stakeholders to drive the business performance and advise on all financial matters. Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes and lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls Responsible for external and internal audits, preparation of audited financial statements and compliance with the internal financial controls. Monitor project costs, risks, opportunities, and financial performance and work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site This posting reflects the main responsibilities of the position.
