We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, cost control and profitability analysis for our retail division. The role will focus on monitoring the financial performance of multiple retail outlets, preparing management reports and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Monitor outlet-wise sales, gross margins, operating expenses and profitability.
• Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
• Prepare monthly management reports covering revenue, costs, profitability and financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, payment commitments and receivables.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to improve profitability.
• Monitor retail expenses, promotional costs, discounts and other factors affecting margins.
• Establish and monitor internal financial controls over sales, collections, expenses and payments.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely month-end closing.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Procurement, Inventory and HR to monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Identify financial risks, investigate significant discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in retail or multi-outlet operations.
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management and profitability analysis.
• Good knowledge of financial statements, working capital management and internal financial controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and present financial findings to management.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA or CA will be an advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
