SWOT Hospitality is seeking to hire for Samos Verde M Gallery By Accor: Cost Controller We are in search of an experienced Cost Controller who is passionate about maximizing profitability and efficiency in a luxurious hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to managing costs and will work closely with department heads to ensure all financial goals are met. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy for financial planning and maintain effective communication with all departments to promote a culture of accountability and excellence. Overview Accountable for the cost control processes across various departments, especially focusing on F&B profitability while closely collaborating with other teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Oversee and monitor all purchasing activities including food, beverage, and operational supplies Review and validate invoices and costs related to all purchases Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Produce detailed reports to track expenses and forecast budgets Implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality standards Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Foster effective communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a cost control or financial role within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and property management software Ability to communicate effectively across various teams Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team Understanding of cost control methodologies and best practices Excellent working environment Continuous training and development Career development and opportunities Accommodation & meals
