Position Overview The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all cost-related activities across SWOT Hospitality’s managed properties. This role ensures accuracy in cost reporting, adherence to budgetary targets, and implementation of cost optimization strategies, supporting the company’s financial goals and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost reports for food, beverage, and other operational departments. Monitor daily cost operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits of inventories and consumption to ensure accurate stock control. Review and verify supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy. Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to maintain cost efficiency. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analyses. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed cost insights. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure accurate recording of all cost-related data in the financial systems. Maintain effective communication with property management teams and suppliers. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control, ideally within the hospitality or F&B industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational and communication skills.
