Cost Controller

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in the Shipping or Logistics Industry is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in Cost Controlling.
• Mandatory proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in BI Solutions (e.g. MS Power BI) is an asset
• Strong accounting & financial analytical skills
• Experience in SAP-MM is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Fluent in Business English, proficiency in German is an added advantag

• Handling SAP-MM matters in the regional office for the related agencies including maintaining master data, preparing and analyzing reports, maintaining conditions and ensuring smooth operations in agencies.
• Prepare and analyze all required SOX control reports. Acting as the primary contact towards agencies and head-office interaction for any related matter.
• Providing regular reporting to head-office about compliance matters.
• Oversee financial matters related to 3rd party agencies from a finance point of view, including the monthly closure of Statement of Account and constant balance monitoring.
• Conduct business analysis, review vendor reports, contractual terms, and pricing and create and maintain cost reports.
• Control review of 3rd party agency statements.
• Monitoring automated PO KPIs, implement improvement measures, and update price conditions.
• Perform quarterly cost review to inform the pricing tool.
• Handle any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
