Description Key Responsibilities Manage SAP-MM tasks for the region’s agencies, including maintaining master data, preparing and analyzing reports, maintaining price conditions, and ensuring smooth operations. Prepare and analyze the monthly SOX control reports. Serve as the main liaison between agencies and the head office, leading interactions on related matters. Provide regular compliance reports to the head office. Oversee financial matters related to third-party agencies, including approving the monthly Statement of Account and monitoring balances. Conduct business analysis, review vendor reports, contractual terms, and pricing, and create and maintain cost reports. Monitor KPIs and initiate improvement initiatives. Perform quarterly cost reviews. Handle any ad-hoc reporting requirements Requirements University degree or equivalent education in Finance & Accounting. Experience in the Shipping or Logistics Industry is an advantage. Solid experience in finance, preferably in Cost Controlling. Strong accounting & financial analytical skills Experience in SAP-MM is advantageous, but not mandatory A strong interest in IT-related topics and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams is essential Proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory Knowledge in BI Solutions (e.g. MS Power BI) is an asset Fluency in Business English is required, and proficiency in German is an added advantage
