The ideal candidate should: Understand capex budgets, how cost data is structured and managed. Understand drawdown of cost against budgets and how to reconcile spend against the budget. Understand annual spend profiles and define annual budgets and reconcile against master budget and IMS. Understand capex and opex cost profiles. Understand basis of construction rates. Create cost rates database.
