Eram Talent is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Engineer specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Projects to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing project costs, preparing budgets, and implementing cost control measures to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain financial integrity throughout each project's lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project cost estimates and budgets for EPC projects. Monitor and analyze project expenditures and variances against the budget. Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders. Collaborate with project teams to establish and implement cost control measures. Review and validate contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in the financial evaluation of change orders and claims. Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies in project execution. Ensure adherence to project management controls and reporting standards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Cost Engineer in EPC projects. Strong expertise in cost estimation, financial analysis, and cost control processes. Proficiency in using cost management software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Experience in the oil and gas sector is highly desirable.
