Job Summary We are seeking Cost Engineer to support cost estimating, quantity take-off, and cost control activities for structural and architectural works across construction projects. The role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to develop their skills under senior supervision. Key Responsibilities: Assist in quantity take-off from drawings and specifications Support preparation of cost estimates, BQs, and cost plans Help monitor project budgets and cost reports Assist in tender documentation and tender evaluation Support assessment of variations and progress claims Maintain cost data, records, and documentation Coordinate with design and project teams as required Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying Basic understanding of structural, architectural and interior works Good numerical, analytical, and Excel skills Willingness to learn and work under guidance Additional Skills: Good command of written and spoken English Ability to prepare clear, well-structured written reports and emails Active, proactive, and self-motivated personality Desired Attributes: High attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and teamwork mindset Good communication and coordination skills Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
