An opportunity now exists to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in Australia’s Defence environment and support national security requirements of the Nation. About the role Responsible to support the creation, implementation and ongoing management of the Management of Cost tool including, template, routine and process for receiving costs information from O&M & Supply Chain. This role can be based in Melbourne or North Sydney. Key responsibilities Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Monitor and control costs throughout the project, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts to inform stakeholders about the project's financial status. Assess the impact of changes in scope, schedule, or resources on costs and provide recommendations to management. Identify cost-related risks and uncertainties that may affect project outcomes. Collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to review and evaluate contract terms and conditions related to costs. About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, in oil and gas or related industries. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in SAP or other ERMS system is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, incl PowerBI & Power Query.
