• Research and estimate costs, production factors, and required resources for new designs, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to compile initial estimates for equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Analyze blueprints, sketches, and specifications to calculate production costs using historical data and pricing schedules.
• Provide budgetary and costing advice to project stakeholders.
• Create detailed reports and formal quotations for management and clients.
• Identify potential patent issues and support economic analysis.
• Track actual project costs and assist in planning phases.
• Lead small-scale projects with limited scope and duration.
