We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. Job Description AECOM is seeking a Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw or Poznań. In this role, you will work closely with our cost estimating team to prepare cost documentation for a variety of infrastructure projects across Poland and Europe, serving both private and public sector clients. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively use company estimating systems, tools, and procedures. - Analyze how project assumptions and decisions impact overall cost estimates. - Support the preparation of bid packages, conceptual estimates, and subcontractor bid evaluations. - Conduct quantity take-oƯs for construction works. - Prepare bills of quantities and pricing documents. - Track costs of materials and equipment. - Update cost plans throughout the design development process. - Participate in meetings with clients and design teams. - Assist in developing larger and more complex cost estimates, including estimate planning. Qualifications - Proficiency in technical English is essential. - Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings. - Skilled in cost estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and Word. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Self-driven with strong organizational skills. - Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in an international setting. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline. - Strong knowledge of site and road works, including earthworks quantity calculations. - Experience in independent cost estimation is a strong asset. - German language skills are a plus. - Familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
