Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Role Purpose: Support the Director leading the post contract estimating & cost management team, helping the organisation make informed decisions. This role is dedicated to support scheme delivery post Full Business Case approval with cost management in order to maintain control of the approved baseline including cost assessments of change, supporting resolution of commercial matters, risk review and verification of data. This role focuses on assuring scheme performance and ensure the effective use of NHP policies, driving excellence in post contract cost management. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsible for scheme cost assurance and maintaining comprehensive understanding of cost performance Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Engage with Trusts, their respective Cost Consultants and Contractors to build and maintain robust cost management and reporting Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision making Identify the cost of and contribute to the management of risk (both threats and opportunities) Support business case review including input to NHP governance Support Delivery Project Leads in the verification of scheme cost status and reporting Contribute to change control including the cost assessment of changes Support Trusts in the adoption and adherence to NHP cost management requirements and policies Qualifications Team leadership and management.
