  • The Opportunity:
    To support a growing pipeline of opportunities we are seeking expressions of interest to join our Cost Management team based out of our Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne offices.

We have a number of positions available, ranging from entry level to experienced professionals. Therefore, we’re looking for individuals who can do some or all of the following:

  • Provide cost control across multiple projects.
  • Monitor and control budgets through robust forecast and change management.
  • Manage costs in adherence with defined governance standards and delegations.
  • Prepare Cost Plans including Cost flow and Cash flow profiles, with a focus on integration with scheduling and risk management.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of Actual Costs and calculation of Accruals.
  • Utilise Earned Value Management and other performance measurement techniques to monitor and analyse performance.
  • Prepare and present Cost Reports, summarising performance, including KPI reporting and variance analysis commentary.
  • Participate in efforts to analyse systems, processes, and procedures to raise standards and drive continuous improvements in cost management.
  • Provide timely and authoritative advice to identify, manage and minimise actual and potential cost pressures and drive value for money outcomes for our Clients.
  • Contribute to and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on key projects and programs, issues, and priorities.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience maintaining effective, best practice project controls.
  • Experience working alongside project control professionals, including integrating cost control outputs on infrastructure projects.
  • Confidence to adapt to a dynamic work environment, as it evolves and progresses through change.
