Job Description Turner & Townsend is currently recruiting for a Cost Manager - Commercial within our Real Estate team to work with a variety of clients and across a number of iconic projects in the Dublin area. We’re looking for individuals possessing a keen interest in this space with a good knowledge of construction, whether from a Main Contracting or consulting background; who possess an outgoing/collaborative approach, to help guide the contractor and client through the process on a number of iconic projects. This role will focus heavily on the Commercial Office Fit-out Sector as well Industrial, Life Sciences and Retail. Qualifications A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle Prior experience in Commercial Fit-out projects (Preferred) Professionally qualified (SCSI, RICS or similar) Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years + of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculation Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
