Role Overview Our Cost Management Team proactively manage the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building’s completion and sometimes even the costs incurred through maintenance and operation, once the building is up and running. Due to continued growth in our West & Wales region, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Cost Manager or strong Assistant Cost Manager to join our established team in Bristol. The role will focus on a variety of sectors including but not limited to residential, higher education, infrastructure, listed buildings across private and public sectors, while offering progression and development opportunities. Candidate Profile Experience: Proven technical delivery experience on similar projects. Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role in a consultancy environment. Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery. Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts. Qualifications: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline (RICS Accredited).
