We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice Job Description Provide QS Term Consultancy service for Client: Cost planning and estimation Prepare tender Tender evaluation Variation order finalisation Issue payment valuation Closing of final accounts Prepare and issue tender documents for each contract including: Information as provided by designers including drawings and specifications Requirements for operating & maintenance manuals Requirements for testing, commissioning & training Conditions of tender Detailed scopes of work Contract terms & preliminaries Pricing documents schedules & tender breakdown forms Program constraints Site constraints Requirements for insurance, warranties & bonds Qualifications Possess BCA PSPC-recognised degree in Building Quantity Surveying, or equivalent; Having 3 years and above of practical experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor; Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equivalent; Possess experience of at least 3 projects using Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC); Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for costing purpose (i.e.Cost X, etc.); Possess experience in on going/completed projects where Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) is implemented Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
