We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice Job Description We are looking to recruit Cost Managers with measurement experience to support our commission leads in varying types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site. Our projects can be complex and of significant size and value. MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: To support the Commission Manager’s, taking responsibility for allocated measurement tasks. To provide excellent service delivery to clients, gain their trust and enhance our reputation. To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre & post contract and construction completion. Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar. Excellent measurement capability for building and civils works Professional membership is an advantage i.e. MRICS. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles. Good knowledge of the construction industry and technical matters. Knowledge of CostX (BIM experience is an advantage).
