Job Description The role is a CM Civil site based role for Delhi NCR. Post contract works skillsets required like Billing, Quantification , Change management and cost reporting The resources need to be experienced with base build works with Industrial project is added advantage Skills Required Overall experience is 7-8 years Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement. Experienced with or managing a team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications. Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases. The collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally. Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task. Demonstrated strong listening and communication skills. Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
