Description

BE PART OF BUILDING SOMETHING FROM THE GROUND UP

We’re a fast-growing start-up - agile, ambitious, and free from corporate red tape. This is your chance to join a clean-slate company where your ideas won’t get buried in layers of management. You’ll have the freedom to take charge, make decisions, and directly shape how the business runs. If you want to see the real results of your work and not just be another cog in a giant machine -this is the place for you.
We’re looking for a smart, driven, and forward-thinking problem-solver who thrives on tackling challenges head-on. You must be in to using AI tools to boost efficiency, streamline processes, and uncover insights faster. We’re not looking for “old-school” methods — we want someone who can bring fresh, tech-driven solutions to our growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze costs and spending across multiple departments to uncover savings opportunities.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to design and roll out efficiency strategies.
  • Review financial data to track budgets, spending trends, and return on investment.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Monitor purchasing, shipping, and operational expenses for improvement areas.
  • Prepare reports that help leadership make fast, informed decisions.
  • Work in both finance (accounting, reporting) and operations (process improvement).
