Description
Director - Cost Planning (Residential Developments) will oversee the cost planning functions for residential projects within Qiddiya Investment Company. Lead the cost estimation process and development of cost plans at various stages of design. Ensure alignment between project costs and budgetary constraints. Manage and coordinate with cost consultants for deliverables. Track design changes and analyze their cost implications. Prepare detailed budget estimates for management approval. Maintain cost plans consistent with Qiddiya's Cost Breakdown Structure. Review project team cost plans to ensure accurate data and compatibility with market conditions. Implement strategies for design optimization and value engineering. Oversee the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and pre-tender estimates. Provide cost information to support strategic business planning. Minimum 15 years of experience in cost planning, particularly in residential development. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred. Professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is a plus. Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
