Description
Program/Project management Drive cost specific projects. Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan. Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups. Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Cost are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures. Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions. Ensure network BKMs and activities that are of value to your site are implemented Work with the Frontend SPMO and network for comparative benchmarking and ensure projects are fast followed, copied and implemented on home site. Work with Central team to develop and ensure key projects are executed on schedule, to planned scope, and within budget Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines. Frontend Fab Engineering perferably IE, PIE, PEE, ME Business Analyst, Management or Finance Demonstrated strong program and project management Strong analytical skills and capability to summarize complex information into simple explanations Possess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capability Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-function group issues to resolution Excellent written and oral communications skills Able to collaborate freely and communicate openly and clearly with co-workers Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills Demonstrated ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationships Able to perform and advise project stakeholders on risk and reward analysis Experience and understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems.
