Description
Lead GSCM's product group oriented cost reduction goals to deliver long term profitability. Build solutions that will improve enhance our business processes and support critical business strategies. Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis. Lead Cross Functional teams to achieve commodity team cost reduction goals. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for commodity teams, leadership teams, and product group stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of related experience in project management, program management, consulting, or finance Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Semiconductor industry, financial, or global supplier experience is a plus. Data analytic skills are a plus including experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
