Due to organic growth, we have a newly created position for a Cost & Project Controller to support cost management and project controls for our Fuels and Energy team. This role ensures accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and compliance with all financial and project control requirements while working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibility Areas Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost breakdown structures. Monitor actual costs versus forecasts and report variances. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports and performance metrics. Support change management processes and assess cost impacts of scope changes. Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to align cost and schedule baseline About You 3 years’ exposure to cost or project control with heavy industry exposure desirable Understanding of financial and project management principles and techniques Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in cost control tools and ERP systems (SAP experience desirable) Proficiency in Excel, Power BI Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What Makes You Right for UGL Genuine concern for safety.
