The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of Cost/Risk Analyst (Αναλυτής Κόστους / Κινδύνων Έργων) for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the PMO/Controls Manager of the Projects Department, based in Olympias. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cost tracking tools for actuals, commitments, forecasts, and accruals Monitor project spend vs. budget, identify variances, and support monthly cost performance reports Work with Project Managers and Finance to reconcile cost data and ensure accuracy in reporting Assist with preparation of cost forecasts and cost-to-complete evaluations Support budget development for new projects and major changes Track and record budget adjustments, AFEs, and change orders, maintaining full audit trails Ensure alignment of cost changes with schedules and scope adjustments Maintain and update project and portfolio risk registers in collaboration with PMs Monitor mitigation actions, update risk status, and prepare monthly risk exposure reports Support qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including risk scoring and heat maps Requirements: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or a related field 1–3 years of experience in cost control, financial planning, or project controls Experience in capital-intensive industries (e.g., mining, energy, construction) preferred Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication Strong Excel / Power BI or equivalent analytical skills Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and earned value metrics Understanding of risk analysis tools or frameworks (e.g. risk matrix) Ability to translate data into actionable insights for project leaders Our company offers a competitive remuneration package that includes an attractive combination of salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for development in a challenging work environment.
