As a Cost Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that keep our projects on track, on budget, and built for long-term success. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and impact—working on high-profile projects from kickoff through completion. What You'll Do Own the numbers – Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC projects. Be a strategic partner – Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals. Manage change with confidence – Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues. Tell the story – Deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership. Strengthen controls – Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one. Make your mark – Serve as the go-to resource for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects. What You'll Bring 2–6 years in cost management and project controls. Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis. Convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights. Proficient in JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, Power BI. Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience. Willing to travel up to 15% domestically. What You'll Get Join QISG and grow your career!
