We are now looking for enthusiastic and capable Costa Coffee Team Leaders to join our event-day team at London Stadium.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Team Leader, you will support the smooth operation of our Costa Coffee unit during events at London Stadium. You’ll lead and motivate a small team of baristas, ensure outstanding customer service, manage stock and tills, and uphold Costa’s high standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with barista experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading by example.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Team Supervision: Assist in managing a team of baristas, ensuring the unit runs efficiently throughout the event.
· Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality coffee experience.
· Barista Duties: Prepare and serve Costa Coffee products to brand standards (training provided if needed).
· Operations: Support setup, operation, and pack-down of the unit, maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
· Stock & Supplies: Monitor stock levels during service and report shortages to management.
· Cash Handling: Process card and cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
· Health & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Team Support: Assist in training and mentoring new staff to uphold Costa service and product standards.
· Problem Solving: Help resolve customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
