To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance Operations team is seeking a Costing Analyst LATAM (Fixed-term position until June 2026) in Montevideo, Uruguay. Accountabilities Accountable for P&S Costing and Reporting processes for LATAM Crop Protection business. Organize, review, and enhance Product Costing processes. Inventories, Cost of Goods Sold and Cost Variances reporting activities. Cost variances analysis and follow up activities for the cost specific P&L lines. Costing and reporting nexus between the different areas involved in P&S processes . Material Ledger/ Actual costing process. Support in internal & external audit processes. Proactively participate in project implementations. Qualifications Required Graduate or Advanced Student in Accounting or similar. Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance position (Mandatory). Intermediate English (Mandatory). Understand impact of financial controlling tasks on business. Knowledge of IFRS. Knowledge of SAP. SOX and Financial Compliance. Advanced Excel knowledge (Mandatory). Skills: Initiative, good communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, results orientated, work under pressure, attention to detail, flexible and adapt to change.
