Analyze product cost structures across categories and sourcing regions. Develop and maintain cost models for materials, labor, logistics, and overhead. Utilize GSD (General Sewing Data) to evaluate labor standards and optimize sewing operations. Support seasonal costing reviews and margin analysis for new and existing products. Partner with sourcing and product teams to evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate cost components. Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and currency fluctuations to assess cost impact. Prepare costing reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure costing data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Who we are looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in costing, sourcing, supply chain analytics in the apparel industry Strong GSD experience, including the use of General Sewing Data to determine SMVs; analyze labor standards, optimize sewing operation, managing cost models. Data analytics: Skilled in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and sustainability standards. Experience with ERP systems, production planning tools, and data analytics platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying cost efficiencies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why work with us?
