• Steward high-value strategic matters with precision and expertise
• Mentor, develop, and guide junior costs draftsman as they grow their commercial and technical skills
• Grow the department—spot opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to business development
• Help shape long-term team strategy as part of the firm’s leadership fabric
