Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Costs team, they are now seeking to appoint a Costs Lawyer to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience as a Costs Draftsperson / Costs Lawyer ideally handling a range of Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence matters including drafting bills of costs and negotiating costs. You will have excellent knowledge of costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
