JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fashion design and graphic arts, along with excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required; experience with CAD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fashion design principles, garment construction techniques, and sewing machine operation is preferred.
  • Background in graphic design or illustration is beneficial for creating appealing customer communications.
  • Experience in fashion retail or merchandising will enhance your ability to assist customers effectively.
  • Strong understanding of color theory and fashion styling will be advantageous in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide insights on product lifecycle management and garment construction.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to create visual aids for customer inquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, merchandising techniques, and color theory to effectively assist customers.
  • Support the sales team by providing product styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services offered.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
