You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others thrive in their daily lives.   Responsibilities * Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress  * Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress * Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents * Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps Requirements * Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program * Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio * 1-2 years of related experience preferred * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen   Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
