You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others thrive in their daily lives.   Responsibilities * Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress  * Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress * Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents * Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps Requirements * Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program * Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio * 1-2 years of related experience preferred * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen   Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This role assists in providing rehabilitative services to persons with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments.
